First things first: nobody knows exactly where this all goes. Not you. Not me. Not even, on this rare occasion, the cats.
If cats could take Buzzfeed quizzes, they wouldn’t. Amy has no need to know which Disney princess she would be, nor whether or not Timothée Chalamet would like her mixtape.
If yesterday was a whoop, today is a whisper. If yesterday let it all hang out, today tucks in tight, pondering in its heart. But let’s be real: the cats can’t choose not to tell the difference.
Luna did not vote in the New Hampshire primary. Luna did not watch the Oscars. Luna did not miss anything.
I have so many questions. Where were Dunkaroos hiding all those years? How does human free will dance with the sovereignty of God? To what is “The Final Countdown” counting down?* And, most importantly: how is it possible that Missy spawned Puddin and BooBear?
John Legend songs. Red roses. Abominations committed against marshmallows. It’s Valentine’s Day, with all its mixed feelings. Fortunately, we have Dorito, and Dorito has us.
Right now, we have a special opportunity for donations to be matched, up to $22,000.
Tabby’s Place rescues sweet seniors who have nowhere else to turn. Their hearts are full of love, and these gentle souls deserve tenderness, respect, and excellent care.
Please give from your golden heart, so senior cats can have happy golden years. Your
donation will go where it is most needed.
Harriet, age 16, was once forgotten and alone. A car accident left her with life-threatening
injuries. But the best days of Harriet’s life were ahead: she became a Tabby’s Place cat.
Surgery saved her life, and love mended her broken heart. Today, this shaggy sweetheart
reigns in our Executive Director’s office, receiving world-class care for her kidney
disease and arthritis.
Steven, age 15, has lived at Tabby’s Place all his life. He may have numerous Special
Needs, but Steven is as happy as springtime itself. Our little “elder statescat” is thriving
through his golden years, enfolded in love and adored by all.
