The Memorial Walkway leads visitors from the sanctuary to Cherny’s Garden, a contemplative and peaceful setting named for one of our earliest residents1.
We are honored to offer a meaningful opportunity to pay tribute to your loved ones (feline, human and otherwise) and nurture the thousands of felines that pass through our doors.
In thanks for your donation of $500 or more (reduced to $250 through 12/31/23), we invite you to inscribe a brick along our walkway to honor your dear one’s memory. We will send you a photo of your engraved brick, and we welcome you to visit Tabby’s Place to view your brick in person.
1Cherny loved the outdoors. At 15, though she was incontinent and had cancer, Cherny had a zest for life that touched all who met her. Her death inspired us to create Cherny’s Garden, a contemplative and peaceful setting that honors the memories of all the Tabby’s Place residents who have left us.
