Kitty LeFey’s Cosmos: Sounds Like an Adventure

Kitty LeFey’s Cosmos: Sounds Like an Adventure

Sometimes it takes the just the right cat at just the right time to add a zesty seasoning to life. In the beforetimes, Cinnamon was an outdoor cat with a clipped ear to prove how much certain humans valued him. When he arrived to start his new life at Tabby’s Place, maybe he expected it to be as flavorless as a hard, bland cracker. Instead, he found a mix of spicy, crunchy party time treats (Okay, some of the literal treats are mushy squeezy things, but literal has no place in this metaphor.). It is a simple fact that Cinnamon is adding his own special blend of everything nice to the ark that Jonathan built.

On paper (Actually, no paper needed; online is good that way.), Cinnamon is not necessarily the most interesting cat in the world. Weighing in at roughly “medium,” this domestic shorthair (i.e. not a shmancy breed) has not been bitten (neither by vampire nor any other creature). He is neither a danger nor in danger (Don’t believe what he tells you about Girl Scouts. He actually loved visiting with them, but he’s a terrible tease.). Oh, but there is the bit in his profile about being affectionate and rambunctious. At 2 years old, one would expect nothing less from Cinnamon. Yet for all the “buff/white” and lacking in spirals, spots, and an excess of colors (not everyone can hit the broad spectrum of a Rori or a Tootsie), Cinnamon is anything but a 2-dimensional description.

By now, everyone is surely aware that cats are actually 5-dimensional beings. For his part, Cinnamon is working toward his personal nirvana and, en route, is aiming for the elusive 6th dimension (Free advice – don’t look it up. Too much. My goodness. Just flow with the cats, man.). In short, Cinnamon fancies himself a creator being. Cinnamon is correct.

Fostered by the lustrous ray of sunshine appropriately named Rey, Cinnamon began his time as a Tabby’s Place cat by generating extreme love in what may be the first truly safe place he ever knew. In his short time among the 3-dimensions we’re most familiar with, Cinnamon has done no less in Suite C. For the record, he is certain that it is “C as in Cinnamon,” no matter that he shares it with other extra-dimensional beings whose sizes are also barely contained by their fur.

Similarly uncontained is exactly how charming and dashing and all around adorable Cinnamon is.
The little face!
The wonderful whiskers!
The daringly cropped ear!
Part pirate; all feline.
One thousand percent heartthrob.
Also, Cinnamon is adoptable. No pressure. Just sayin’.

Also sayin’ that it would not be hyperbole to point out that Cinnamon is a standout among the cats of Tabby’s Place. (Yes, I know, they all stand out. Just roll with me, dudes, and abide.) Cinnamon is young, energetic, and a paragon of physics experimentation (mostly gravitational studies). He is at least as cuddly and friendly as his online description describes (very likely more so). Plus, he has the sweetest little nose markings – a bit of cinnamon streaking the pink button and punctuated by a beauty spot. Perfectly boopable in every way.

All in all, whether a Girl Scout or not, Cinnamon would be happy for you to visit the zingy place that he currently calls home. He’ll be around for however long it takes for his forever family to recognize that he is especially theirs (His duffle bag is ready to grab and go). In the meantime, come for a tour, sign up to volunteer, explore the website and all the options therein, especially adoptions.

To Cinnamon, it all sounds like an adventure! He can’t wait to see you!
