Smokin’
The first time I met Smokey, I did not exactly meet Smokey. I beheld Smokey beholding Smokey in the eyes of a beholder. This is the ideal introduction to Smokey.

You wily time-travelers, what are we going to do with you? Don’t pretend you don’t know what I’m talking about.
If you would like to get people agitated, ask if they vote Democrat or Republican. If you would like to instigate a riot, ask if they prefer Wawa or Quick Chek.
Right now, we have a special opportunity for donations to be matched, up to $22,000.
Tabby’s Place rescues sweet seniors who have nowhere else to turn. Their hearts are full of love, and these gentle souls deserve tenderness, respect, and excellent care.
Please give from your golden heart, so senior cats can have happy golden years. Your
donation will go where it is most needed.
Harriet, age 16, was once forgotten and alone. A car accident left her with life-threatening
injuries. But the best days of Harriet’s life were ahead: she became a Tabby’s Place cat.
Surgery saved her life, and love mended her broken heart. Today, this shaggy sweetheart
reigns in our Executive Director’s office, receiving world-class care for her kidney
disease and arthritis.
Steven, age 15, has lived at Tabby’s Place all his life. He may have numerous Special
Needs, but Steven is as happy as springtime itself. Our little “elder statescat” is thriving
through his golden years, enfolded in love and adored by all.
