Humans default to faking it. Cats are incapable of not making it. It’s up to us what we’ll take from all of this. But Obsidian has taken it upon herself to make us better beasties.
The world is weeping. Our brothers and sisters are shuddering in subways, crawling across borders, bearing their children and their grandparents and their ragged animals on their backs. Are we supposed to bask in jolly cat happenings at such a time as this?
Ours is a world of worries. The climate is changing. Human nature is not changing. There’s a hot blob off the coast of New Zealand. Unsavory characters have been stealing enormous statuettes of Snoop Dogg.
