Looking for a feline friend, buddy, pal? Tabby’s Place is a great place to find a chum, companion, sidekick, or partner to adopt*. And, hoooo boy, is there a great guy in Quinn’s Corner who exactly fits the bill!
Fittingly, this fine fellow is named Amigo, and he came to the sanctuary with a bunch of his feline friends. Although he did not arrive at Tabby’s Place alone, this senior tabby is a total standout. He is shy, yes, a little. But, Amigo is sweeter than glucose, fructose, sucrose, and stevia all combined.
Maple syrup has nothing on this charmer. Oh, except maybe that maple syrup is not FeLV+. So, what’s a little FeLV diagnosis when one has the cutest little nose in the entire planetary system?
Aside from a negatively positive test, there is still a lot that we’re learning about our new friend. We do know that Amigo enjoys squeeze treats and scritches. We’re not yet sure how he feels about paddle ball or curling, but thanks to the upcoming Olympic games, we should get of sense of the latter soon.
Being an international (American) cat of mystery (Aren’t they all? Austin Powers has nothing on a feline.), Amigo has kept his opinions close as regards string cheese, the reassessment of Pluto as dwarf planet, or remote hopes of AFC Wimbledon ever becoming a premier league team. As to the first, Amigo is a cat, so he probably would enjoy string cheese with a side of fish mush. As to the rest, we’ll probably never know.
What we do know about Amigo is the most important stuff. To begin with, Amigo has brilliant markings. Even more brilliantly, he is extremely sweet. Being a bit timid, Amigo needs extra heaping loads of love to go along with his cozy cushions and ample supplies of kibble and treats. Being a Tabby’s Place cat, done done done done and done! Having a name such as his also means that we, the entire Tabby’s Place family, will play our hands carefully to live up to that name.
Amigo is his name.
Friend is his game.
You in?
*As of this writing, Amigo is awaiting full clearance before he can be added to the list of adoptable cats. We always love it when future forever families submit applications and ask our Amazing Adoptions Team about establishing long-term love by taking home any one (or more!) of our adoptable cats, even when they are not yet on the website.
