Far be it from me to suggest that our cats like to gossip…in fact, I can say with great confidence that there’s at least one Rumor definitely not going around Tabby’s Place. Not anymore, at least.
What I’d like to do right about now is give Grady‘s oncologist a big hug. Yes, the news is that hopeful. On second thought, I think I’ll hug Grady himself instead. Based on this morning’s oncology consult, we may be able to look forward to years of hugging Grady!
That’s been just about every volunteer’s reaction to looking at our Community Room board this week.
I am delighted to report that our snuggle-bunny Grady is home at Tabby’s Place, and made it through his surgery with flying colors – or, better yet, flying tabby stripes.
That jolly old song may not have been written for March, but I’ve been singing it ever since a certain white kitten arrived at Tabby’s Place…and, as of this past weekend, he’s got a forever family singing his praises, too.
No, I’m not posting about granola. “Crunchy” just so happens to have been the Tabby’s Place nickname for a rather darling cat, Esmeralda. Our vet bestowed the nickname on this fluffy girl upon seeing her crumpled-over ears.
