Every year, usually soon after Memorial Day, Tabby’s Place staff and volunteers congregate in a garden to remember and honor beloved cats (and sometimes people) lost to us during the previous 12 months.
Oh, no. Oh, my! OH, YES!! Nerf has found his forever home. MINE!!!
Cats sometimes find themselves in awkward positions. Here at Tabby’s Place, some particular positions include “hopeless situations.”
Tabby’s Place visitors often ask tour guides if the building is loud because there are so many cats. We used to have a standard response, “No…except for Grecca.”
All it took to draw the first cat to Tabby’s Place was for there to be some portion of a building. Flash forward to building Quinn’s Corner, and the initial finding was proven true again.
Every day at Tabby’s Place is eventful. This is especially true when the cats host big events for the public.
Brownie arrived at Tabby’s Place over 2,000 cats ago. He was adopted, but he recently boomeranged (came back).
It was not a pumpkin-shaped golden carriage that brought a cinder-colored cat to Tabby’s Place a short time ago.
It is as clear as black and white that some cats are much shier than others.
