It is below thirty degrees today, and I am the only cat in the solarium. Yes, it is a bit brisk, but there is nothing better than fresh air to clear my mind. I love my igloo.

How have you been? I hope that you had a lovely winter holiday.

Let me fill you in on all the news. We had a new roommate named Giselle. She was young and friendly, and took a lot of the attention away from the boys in the suite. They were not very fond of her for that reason. However, within a few weeks, Giselle was adopted, and life went back to normal in the FIV+ suite.

Most days, Lester, Buddy, Charlie, Newman and I cuddle together in the solarium on the heated hammock. It is great having such wonderful friends. Of course, someday, I hope to have a home of my own.Do you have any goals for yourself in the New Year? I continue to look deeply inside myself, and I know that I am perfect just as I am. I hope to continue to be a warm and loving friend to my suitemates; act more accepting of cuddles from people who come to see me; eat well; and spend as much time as I can outdoors.
