So they tell me we may get a little fall of rain in Jersey this weekend.
Naturally, we’re taking all the appropriate precautions.* Most importantly: loading up on photos of kittens.
In the unlikely event that you should lose power due to Hurricane what’s-her-name tomorrow, you may be unable to access photos of Tabby’s Place cats. Not to worry: today we’ve got a few days’ worth of cuteness to tide you over. You can thank me when the sun comes back around. Meantime…

So stay safe, cuddle up with your favorite cats, and let your minds be massaged with the memory of kitten photos this hurricane-y weekend, good people. We’re all going to be okay – and more than okay. But don’t take it from me:

*Yes, Tabby’s Place is most definitely following all state and local government guidelines for preparedness, safety, yadda yadda yadda. Everyone and everykitty is going to be just fine. I’m grateful to say that Ringoes is a good bit inland, so the worst we’re expecting is some water and wind. For us, Irene will be an inconvenience, not a catastrophe. Our prayers and love are with those in the coastal counties, Manhattan, North Carolina, and all the places feeling the full force of Irene’s wrath. Many thanks to all who have called and written expressing love and concern for the Tabby’s Place cats and human beans. We love you too!
Irene says: please be safe all you Tabby’s Place kitties and hoomans!
a good time to hunker indoors with our fuzzies!!!
Stay safe, both humans and kitties!
I hope Irene was kind to all at Tabby’s Place. And look at those beautiful kittens! Just one question, though: where is baby Solgar? She is missing the party.
Love the pics and I hope everyone, both 2 and 4 legged, is safe and sound!
Hope everyone at Tabby’s survived unharmed. The pictures were cute. I am in N. C. but fortunately opposite end of the state all we had was a little wind on Saturday. Hoping for the best for all who were effected.
