Shoes, man! Wait. What? No. Ahem. Cats, man!
Sneakers will surely forgive this trespass. Sneakers will forgive anything. Okay, maybe not ANYthing. Sneakers would probably find it utterly unforgivable for a human to enter his suite without a proper visit.
As a tuxedo with all the due trappings, including an exquisite set of whiskers, Sneakers is a true gentleman. As a cat with all the usual accessories (tail, toebeans, perfect ears alert to every sound), this cat is ready to bat balls around, tangle with wand toys, and snuggle up with the perfect person, which is every person, especially this person, the one right here, right now.
Before now, Sneakers was not yet right here. But, April 30, 2025 was a very big day for him and for Tabby’s Place. That is the day when this stunning charmer took up residence alongside Warrior, Nick, and Cinnamon. Since Warrior has been ADOPTED (!!!!!!!), and neither Nick nor Cinnamon are quite ready for prime time, Sneakers has tightened up his laces to make up for their lack of contributions to the daily duties of snuggling and fun. Mind you, this Sneakers’ laces are made from silver vine and catnip, but they glitter almost as much as he does.
Glitter? A cat? OH, YES!!
Sneakers’ shine is 10 bajillion times brighter than a red supergiant star. For the record and as reported on theplanets.org, “Red supergiants are cool stars, but they are highly luminous.” Sounds exactly like Sneakers to Sneakers and to everyone who has ever met Sneakers: cool and highly luminous. A moment with him will brighten your days clear into next year.
All of this may sound like hyperbole, overstatement, embellishment, and a hint of exaggeration. Assuredly, this is not the case. As of this writing, it is entirely unclear as to why such a fine fellow with an extremely good nature has not yet found his forever family. As of this writing, it is entirely possible that Sneakers is already on hold. On the odd chance that that is not the case, ACT NOW! Seriously, I’ve known many cats, and Sneakers has a way of making mad dashes directly into hearts and soles souls.
