Update for Stafford

Update for Stafford

It’s time for another Stafford update!

We’ll get to the medical news first. The past four weeks have not been easy for our boy. He had not one but two bouts of constipation that required intervention in the form of enemas. Following those, he was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection. At this writing, he is still undergoing treatment for that URI, but he is much improved.

In other news, Stafford and office mate Inigo Montoya continue to enjoy one another’s company. It’s no secret that part of the tranquility in the office is due to Stafford’s mellow nature; he truly does not have a mean bone in his body. Stafford continues to be a star of our Aged to Purrfection Program, though he’s been kept home for the past couple of weeks now so we could tend to his URI and make sure he’s fully recovered.

Thanksgiving is almost here, and I must tell you how thankful I am that you’ve chosen to help us keep this wonderful boy. Thanks to your openhandedness, we’re able to provide Stafford with good food, excellent medical care, comfy places to sleep, feline company, and all the love he can handle.

May your holidays be filled with light and laughter!
