It has been a very exciting month. This past Sunday, Tabby’s Place offered free microchipping for pets and, believe it or not, they were able to microchip over 70 cats and dogs in one day! There were plenty of people milling about, and I watched as they enjoyed special people treats in the lobby. It was also a nice way to introduce people to Tabby’s Place, and to all the cats who live here.
Briefly, there was another female feline in our FIV+ Suite. Her name is Piper. She has since moved to the office of Jonathan, Tabby’s Place’s Founder & Executive Director. She shares the office with another FIV+ cat, Knox. So, once again, it is just us two girls — me and Adelaide — among all the FIV+ boys.
In recent weeks, the days seem to be getting shorter, and the solarium becomes dark earlier in the evening. So, my friends and I spend a little more time in the Suite, where it is cozy and warm. Here is a picture of me and Buddy in one of our favorite spots inside. I hope that you will visit sometime…our room is quite lovely, and I continue to enjoy being petted by people.
I am feeling well, and hope that you are feeling well too. As always, I am so grateful for your generosity, and your interest in me. Without you, Tabby’s Place would not be able to care for me. I feel very blessed.
Can you believe next month will be my last update for the year 2015! My, how time flies!
