Happy April, my dearest friends!

Spring is springing, and I am like a new, blooming flower myself. I have been feeling fantastic, and I am ever so grateful for a healthy month. In fact, my ears are looking so good and bothering me so rarely that my super fabulous vet team has decreased my ear cleanings to once a week. Hooray! You have no idea how happy that makes me! Not that I ever put up much of a fuss for any exam or procedure deemed necessary by my amazing caretakers. Still, it’s always nice to have less poking and prodding in your life, right?

I have been so full of joy that I’ve even been scampering outside to our solarium to soak up the beginnings of the warmer weather. We have had some lovely days full of sunshine to bask in. There is nothing like that warm sun shining down on your fur to make a girl feel happy. It brings a smile to my face!  Speaking of smiles, I hope you get a giggle out of the picture I’m attaching to this month’s update that shows a yawn that my correspondent happened to catch with her camera. I was mid-yawn with my tongue sticking out and everything. I was a bit embarrassed to send it to you, but my correspondent assured me you would all think it was super cute.

As you can also see from that picture, I was snoozing solo that afternoon. I don’t even need to snuggle with any of my besties to stay warm these days, although I still do anyway because it’s one of my favorite things to do. One staff member said she thinks my best cuddle buddy is my good friend Hailey, and she may be right. But, I also love cuddling with Angelo, Chewbacca, and gosh, a few other suitemates too. I even attached a picture to this month’s update of Angelo and me getting ready to spoon in a fluffy kitty bed.

I have so many friends to snuggle with, kitty and human, I don’t think I could ever pick one as the best. I must say though that you, my beloved sponsors, are my absolute favorite humans around. You are why I am so healthy and joyful here at Tabby’s Place. I hope that April brings only good things your way. If it is spring where you are, get out there and soak up the sunshine like I am!  Remember that I love you with all of my furry grey heart!  Until next month, be kind to one another.
