I hope this update finds you swimming in the joys of summer. I’d prefer never to attempt any type of water sport myself, being a cat and all, but I hear humans enjoy all types of water-related activities this time of year. I know many humans have time off from work and school in the summertime, and goofing off is the best kind of summer day.

Me myself, I have those kind of days pretty much every day, no matter what the weather, but in the spirit of humans enjoying some goof-off summertime fun, I’m posting a goofy picture of myself in this update. My suitemate Pyewacket is attempting to photo-bomb me, but I am clearly giggling at my own inside joke.

I am typically a pretty serious dude in pictures, and I rarely show my sillier side to the camera. But anything for you… because of you, I am so very well cared for here at Tabby’s Place. So why not go giggle at yourself in a wacky funhouse mirror on the boardwalk by the ocean or treat yourself to a day in the sunshine with your favorite person (or pet) or maybe even go ride that roller coaster with your arms up in the air? Breathe in summer and channel your inner child on vacation from school. Even we dignified cats are getting in on the fun!
