Update for Adam

Update for Adam

Happy November, friends of Adam.

Our wild tabby wonder sends you love and kisses this Thanksgiving season.

Adam is as loopy as ever. He spends most of his day in Suite A walking around and around, looking at everyone who walks by his window. He is also very interested in looking at the different cats in his room, to see what they are up to. Boom, in particular, keeps him occupied. The two of them do laps together around the room!

Adam had a lovely little visitor the other day. A little girl was visiting Tabby’s Place with her mom, and she really enjoyed meeting Adam. He was actually on pretty good behavior, too. The little girl really liked Adam and was very happy petting him. Adam stood still and allowed her to pet him for a minute or two before he put his paw up and started behaving inappropriately. We just told him to put his paw down…and he did! For once, a visitor was not put off by Adam’s wackiness and found him to be enchanting.

Our feisty boy had his first-ever dental at Tabby’s Place this past month. Adam didn’t require any extractions, but Dr. C found that he had a number of teeth already missing.

At the other end of things, Adam was witnessed straining in the litter box recently. Our vet team palpated his abdomen, but couldn’t feel any hard stool causing the problem. As usual, we’ll monitor our boy closely.

Adam continues to entertain everyone at Tabby’s Place on a daily basis. It is so funny to walk past the window of Suite A and see what Adam is up to. He is usually walking around or staring at the other cats from high up on the ramp. I have rarely seen Adam rest or sleep. I wonder if he ever does!

Well, that’s it for this month. Adam is so grateful, in this season of thanks, that you are his ever-loving sponsors. He knows that his lovely life is due to your generosity, and he is forever thankful for all that you do. Adam sends you his love and hopes that your Thanksgiving is joyful and delicious.
