Update for Newman

Happy July, everyone!

I hope you all are staying cool and playing safe amid this heat wave. Newman sure is!

Fortunately, there are only a few standout things to report for our furry love bug in the month of June. Newman’s chemo visits have continued to become less and less as we finish out his treatment protocol. No signs of cancer returning anytime soon and we pray that it stays that way.

Newman’s exciting news this month is that we’ve moved and he now has a new house to roam around! His favorite features of the house include the sliding glass door to watch the birds and the carpeted spiral staircase up to the loft bedroom. This place has a great setup for a cat hangout… or at least that’s what Newman told me;) Newman is settling into his new surroundings with such ease. It’s remarkable how quickly he adapts!

Oh, did any of you get to visit with Newman while he was at Tabby’s Place for the last two weeks of June? Newman was given his own room across from the Quarantine space at Tabby’s Place and, from what I heard, he got tons of love and attention from folks while he was there. Now he’s back home safe and sound.

I want to thank everyone at Tabby’s Place and those who contribute to Newman for showing your support continuously. He is the luckiest cat around and lives a great life because of all the people who care about him. Thank you, thank you.
