Newman has enjoyed a peaceful month of health and comfort. Our boy’s weight seems to be stable again, so he’s back to just monthly weight checks. Otherwise, Newman is medically “newsless” – just the way we like it. Thank you for helping to make his good health possible!

Spring is in the air! Warm weather has come in the last couple of weeks, making the solarium all the more tempting for the kitties. As you can see at right, Newman is a big fan of Suite FIV’s outdoor enclosure (and also of his roommate Toby, with whom he’s shown enjoying a snooze).

The suite is a bit fuller these days, too, thanks to the return of Hobbes. Newman’s gentle old orange-and-white roommate is ringworm-free and feeling better than ever. Hobbes has taken to giving Newman a run for his money as Greeter Of All Humans in the FIV+ suite. These two love-bugs (plus the ever-effervescent Toby) rush all visitors in a frenzy of affection. It’s awfully cute to see them barreling towards you in a race to get the first pets.
