Update for Mona

Hello my dear sponsor,

Hope all is well with you.

Speaking of March Madness (as so many do this time of year), what’s up with this weather? Some days it seems that spring has sprung, and a few days later there’s a snow storm. I hope that you kept safe during the several storms we experienced here on the east coast since my last missive.

I kept busy spending lots of time chatting and grooming with one of my best friends, Buddy. Rumor had it that he was on hold for adoption, and I wanted him to look and feel his best. He went to his forever home, and we all cheered and cried. We miss him a lot, but we are very happy for his good fortune. Many years ago his new family adopted a cat named Chopper from the FIV+ suite. Of course, I do believe that Tabby’s Place has the most wonderful cats in the world, especially in the FIV+ suite.

In other news from our suite: Shea is back from ringworm isolation, Charlie had his insulin increased, Wolfie has recovered from his bout of constipation, and Cisco received a new hair-do (during a throat exploration prompted by his wheezing). Luckily he does not have cancer — only an inflammation. I am feeling very healthy these days, and optimistic that someday I will live in a forever home.

But, until then, I will enjoy this wonderful life with all my Tabby’s Place friends. And you, my dear, make it all possible. Thanks you so much for your kindness, generosity and support! I enjoy my job as correspondent for Tabby’s Place FIV+ cats. I hope that you enjoy reading my updates.

Until next month…forever yours,

Mona
