Update for Mona

Hello, dear sponsor,

What a mellow summer it has been! Honestly, it feels like a love fest in the solarium. Most of my feline friends and I in Suite FIV+ are enjoying good health, good food and good company. Check out this picture of my friend Wolfie, looking as adorable as ever, as he lounges in the sun.

There is one note of possible concern. In the last few weeks, our dear suitemate Amos has experienced two episodes of unusual neurological events. During these brief incidents, his head drops and he seems “out of it.” The staff and volunteers are watching him closely and monitoring his behavior. Everyone here looks out for each other. I feel very loved and safe here.

And, guess what…we will be joined by two new cats within the next several weeks: a shy grey cat named Shea, and a sweet tabby called Sebastian. (Sebastian is quite a survivor; click here for his full story.).

I always look forward to meeting new friends, so I am very excited by this news. (Of course, since I always look so relaxed, it is difficult to tell that I am excited.) I am hoping that everyone will get along with each other.

How has your summer been? I hope that you had a chance to chill out a little bit and spend some time outdoors. Time goes so fast. In my next update, I will be welcoming not only the new cats, but also the beginning of the fall.

Thanks so much for your continued support. Tabby’s Place couldn’t do it without you!

Until next month….

Lots of love,
Mona
