Update for Mona

Hello dear sponsors,

What an exciting month this has been! All of us in the FIV suite were temporarily relocated to Tabby’s Place’s Quarantine area. But don’t worry…we are all fine. We visited quarantine so that our human friends could repair the ceiling in our suite.

We all had a great time there. I was so psyched about finally having a little “vacation.” And, when I returned to the FIV suite, I just loved what they had done with the place! The ceiling looks great!

I have been feeling quite well this month, and have spent time both indoors and in the solarium. However, there have been some sad things happening here as well. I have been especially concerned about my dear, sweet suite-mate Nuttin, who is struggling so bravely with cancer.

Nuttin has many admirers, so he is never without visitors to keep him company. I watch from my cubby, as these visitors speak sweetly to him and give him lots of hugs and kisses. They say hello to me too, and sometimes I am brave enough to respond.

Last month, I mentioned my shy friend Dilly (Dillinger). He has now become best friends with a loving cat in our suite named Abraham. They are quite a pair.

And speaking of best friends, I just came across this photo of me and my dear friend Gus, who was adopted a little while ago. I thought that you’d enjoy seeing it.

With the coming of Thanksgiving, all of us at Tabby’s Place want to express our gratitude for your support, and send love to you and all beings during this time.

Until last month,

xoxoxoxox,

Mona
