Dear friends,
It has been a blissfully quiet month in the FIV+ Suite. Nikki, Wilson and our sweet Shea all were adopted into loving homes. I’m happy for them, but I’m also happy for the peace … at least temporarily. There’s a new, noisy guy in town. His name is Topache and he’s come a long way from Lebanon to Tabby’s Place.
He loves people, which means I’ve got more competition. But I don’t have to beg for attention like shameless Topache because I’ve got my people, and my people come to visit me and love me up all the time. Though he’s a real love bug with people, he doesn’t seem to be too fond of us cats. So far, I’m proud to say I’ve managed to stay out of the fray.
I’ve been hanging out on top perching shelves just checking things out. The higher I am, the better I can observe what’s going on. I’ve got my steady friends here—cats, staff, and visitors—and I’m happy to nap away these lazy, spring-like days surrounded by my friends.
Thank you for being one of my closest friends and always loving and supporting me.
Hugs and kisses,
Lester
