Update for Faye

Faye Influencer

Dear Fans of Faye,

Raise your paw if you’re crazy stupid excited for the arrival of the “ber” months—September, October, November, and December (raises a paw with enthusiasm!). Despite Mother Nature’s best efforts to delay the falling leaves and cooler afternoons with one last burst of summer warmth, it’s almost autumn! For me, this is a season marked with returns—not just to school, but to in-person school after having worked remotely for the past eighteen months. I recall reading an article online indicating that a whole heck of a lot of people are exiting the workforce or, at the very least, rethinking their current positions after having spent the greater part of the past year working from home. Faye, too, is rethinking her options.

Although Faye has been known to appear on the occasional Tabby’s Place social media post in addition to her monthly amateur photo shoots for the photos included in her sponsorship updates, she has never modeled professionally. And she’s starting to think it’s time to assemble and portfolio of her best, chicest looks and go pro.

You’ve heard about Faye’s obsession with treats, right? Well, we initially suspected that Faye was simply exhibiting enthusiasm regarding some schedule changes in her suite: due to some high drama in Suite B, we’ve adjusted the morning routine to deliver medications earlier, and although feeding time still comes a bit later, Faye knows that anytime a human enters her suite, there is a strong potential that treats will follow. So, naturally, we assumed that Faye was just looking to cash in on a quick snack. But then, we saw this photo of Faye clearly posing with this bag of snacks! Clearly, this is phase one of her endeavor to explore her career options. Modeling? Marketing? Influencer?

Since we support our kitties in the actualization of many of their dreams, we opted to use one of Faye’s most striking recent photos to share some exciting news on our social media: Tabby’s Place is now open to Visitors for Guided Tours (open to all) and for Sponsor Visits (available to those who sponsor a Special Needs cat, like YOU!). If you would like to spend some time catching up with the illustrious Faye in person, please follow this link to review the restrictions, and to sign up for your visit.

In the meantime, friends, Faye would like you to know that she’s had a happy, healthy month! She’s lost a little weight, and she’s been spotted using her litter box again! So, good news all around! We hope you, too, are feeling happy and enjoying good health as we transition from summer to fall. Faye sends you her love, as always, and thanks you for your friendship and support! We’ll talk again soon friends . . .

Your correspondent,
Beth
