Greetings Chipper Sponsors!

Well, it’s been another month, and Chipper remains happy and healthy. His need for affection continues to be very high, which is very rewarding for those visiting him. Without fail, when I enter the suite he hops into my lap, and immediately begins to purr. How this cat remains unadopted is a mystery to me!

There have been some new additions to the suite population, and the addition of new personalities may be having a subtle effect on Chipper. He seems, to members of the staff, to be slightly less active than usual. This could also be because of his age. He IS 13, after all. We are all bound to slow down after awhile.

His health has been generally good this month, though he has developed some sores on his tail, which our vet thinks are hot spots (moist eczema).
They don’t seem to bother him much, but he is being treated with a low dose of steroids.
I should have more to report by next month’s update.
