Update for Beatrice

Update for Beatrice

I have fantastic news this month! Our little Beatrice has been adopted!!

Bea was at her best while visiting in the adoption room with her potential adopter. She played up a storm, purred loudly, and curled up for a little nap. Her adopter couldn’t resist and took her home that day.

Bea’s adopter has reported that she settled beautifully into her new home and already has her new owner wrapped around her little paw. Bea also has a friend at her new home – a pre-diabetic cat who eats the same prescription food that she does.

Even though I’ve only known Bea for a short time, I am so thrilled that she found a home. Bea is one of many great success stories for Tabby’s Place. She had been here since February 2004 – almost 2 years. When she first arrived, she was very shy and would hide in the pyramid in the Special Needs suite. I was amazed by her early updates and how friendly she was when I met her a couple of months ago.

As per our policy, we have transferred your monthly sponsorship to our Special Needs Fund, which helps support all of our Special Needs cats. As a supporter of the Special Needs Fund, you will receive a monthly update on a different Special Needs cat each month.

However, you may choose to do one of the following:

  • Transfer your sponsorship to support another Special Needs cat. You can see all of our Special Needs cats here.
If you wish to do this, please contact us by email and let us know your wishes.
  • You may choose to discontinue your monthly sponsorships. To do so, please contact us by phone with your request.

Thank you so much for your continued support of the Special Needs cats at Tabby’s Place. It makes it so rewarding when cats like Beatrice make such incredible progress and get adopted to a wonderful home. Happy Holidays!
