Dear Carrot friends,
It has been a fairly quiet month for Carrot, and he has been enjoying his usual activities: solarium time, food, and hanging with his friends. Even though the weather has turned cold now, you can still find the usual gang in solarium C, which is Carrot, of course, Sparkly, Faye, Elijah, Pancake and Stella. Carrot’s group of friends grows and grows. We have added the heated beds and heated igloo, so they can stay warm, even if they want to be outside.
Carrot does come inside at lunchtime because he knows he has to go into a crate for a few minutes to eat lunch. He’s the only cat who gets lunch in his room, so he needs to go in a crate, so all the others don’t steal it. Don’t worry, all the other cats get wet food twice a day, but Carrot needs to maintain his weight, so he gets an extra meal.
Carrot has not visited the senior home this month, but some of the other cats took their turn. On Halloween Anka visited the senior home dressed as a banana split. The seniors loved it, and Anka didn’t mind dressing up for the occasion. He’s a good sport. Carrot will be visiting the seniors again soon.
Carrot has enjoyed a healthy month, with no issues. There have been no signs of any more problems since his weird episode during the summer.
That’s all the Carrot news for now. As always, thank you all for your continued support of Carrot. Thanks to you Carrot is a healthy, happy boy.
