I am happy to report that Max remains “status quo,” which here at Tabby’s Place is good news!
His slight weight fluctuations seem to be normal for Max, as he is checked regularly. Nothing is amiss. Our fellow is healthy and happy. Though there were some hissing spells between roommate Sherpa and him, the two cats seem to have mended their bridges and moved on from whatever was their issue. “Status quo” in the suite between roommates is also good news!
Sometimes, when all is good with our Max, I look back to a year ago, to see what he was up to at that time. I found that at this same time last year, I was dealing with personal issues that left me scattered in many directions, wondering how I would keep up. I wrote that I found my visits to Max especially comforting during that difficult time. I felt as if the time spent in the suite visiting allowed me to relax and sort things through in my mind. When leaving, I often had better perspective.
Thank you, dearest sponsors, for your most gracious gifts to Max each month. They help to provide the care that allows Max to be so magnificent. Thank you for your continued faith in him.
Thank you, Max, for the joy you bring to my life and to all who read here.
I remain honored to share his news with you each month.
