If Carrot was human, he would be the class clown, the party boy, the popular kid and the frat boy. Everyone could learn a lot from Carrot, who really believes life is fun, life is great, and life should always be enjoyed.
And why shouldn’t Carrot be happy? He has an outdoor solarium where he lounges and plays with his friends, and humans who absolutely adore him. I think Carrot would find joy wherever he ended up, but at Tabby’s Place he can really enjoy life.
Carrot still loves hanging with Spumoni most of all. As you can see, they snuggle, they wrestle, and they clean each other. It’s adorable!
There is one cat who ventures out into the solarium who Carrot isn’t too sure of. Her name is Leah, and she’s not like his other solarium buddies. Leah is cranky, Leah growls, Leah hisses, and Leah does not care one bit for Carrot’s charms. Carrot just looks at her with a puzzled look on his face, as though he’s thinking, what’s your problem? Learn to relax and have fun. Hop on one of these cool beds and let the sun warm your fur. I promise you’ll feel better in no time.
Our Carrot lost some weight this month…but we’re not exactly worried. As Dr. C dryly noted, Carrot is “not thin,” so we’ll simply continue to monitor his weight.
On recent occasions, he’s done his best to enchant adopters — and succeeded. Alas, each time, the truth about his incontinence was the end of his opportunity. Carrot doesn’t seem to mind, though; he just enjoys all the attention. And, he’s certainly happy at Tabby’s Place.
