Dearest Friend of Steven,

Whether you embrace or shy away from Valentine’s Day, Steven wants you to know that you are loved today, tomorrow, and everyday of the year! He couldn’t ask for a more perfect Valentine than you.
Steven has such a pure way of making you feel like the most important person in his world. When you are in his presence, he only has eyes for you (and maybe any food that you might happen to bring). He oozes love with every high pitched meow and weepy eyed gaze.
Steven has been in good health and spirits this month. He has never been embarrassed by his behavioral quirks, so he won’t mind my sharing that he has been urinating in more and more locations around the medical suite. We have tried adding additional low-entry litter boxes, but Steven prefers to go wherever he happens to be when the urge strikes. As usual, there is no medical reason for this particular habit, but the staff tracks the behavior to make sure that we don’t miss something. I assure you that we are not simply “telling on him;” we simply love him.
I’m stepping in for Steven’s regular correspondent this month as she recovers from a lingering bout with the flu. Steven and I ask that you send healing wishes Tina’s way. My name is Lisa, and I’m the Development Coordinator at Tabby’s Place, as well as Tux’s regular correspondent. I have a particular love for our older cats and have known both Steven and Tux for as long as I’ve been a part of the Tabby’s Place Family (over 9 years now).
When I say that Steven oozes love, I speak from direct experience. There has never been a time in all those years that I gazed at Steven and didn’t feel my heart melt with love as he gazed back at me. What more could you ask for in a purrfect feline Valentine!
Steven and I thank you for being his devoted Valentine, and wish you love and good health today, tomorrow, and every day!
Your guest correspondent,
Lisa
