Happy Summer Solstice!

Newman is enjoying these summer days chasing butterflies in the sun or sleeping the day away, cozied up in bed, when it’s raining out. It’s amazing how much of a cuddle-bug he has got to be. When we first brought him home he wouldn’t quite go on my lap, but now he hops up and curls himself up any chance he gets!

Newman’s health has thankfully, and thanks to your efforts, been relatively stable over the past year. Though his nose does continue to get clogged almost daily, it becomes unclogged once nose drops are administered. Denise and Dr.C. believe his nostrils could have become misshapen from cyberknife radiation, and the bent passageway causes bacteria to easily get stuck. Other than that, he is a healthy happy boy and is spoiled rotten!

Your favorite furry guy thanks you for helping to provide the great life he gets to live. Thank you all for your continuous love and support of our special needs cats, such as Newman. When Newman comes in for his next check-up, I will ask the staff to let you know when he will be in town!
