At least, that appears to be Morgan’s interpretation.
You see, on the first really nice day of the year, Ginny took Morgan out for a stroll on his harness.
Morgan loved it and had a great time, as you see in the photo below.
But, that wasn’t enough for Morgan.
Shortly thereafter, a volunteer was leaving, keeping a close eye on Mimi, who is often glued to the front door glass.
She reports seeing an orange flash zip past her and into the front porch.
Fortunately, Morgan froze just long enough for the volunteer to scoop him up and bring him back in.
So, we reprinted the warning sign from last year (shown above) and taped it to the inside of the front door.
We’re hoping that Morgan will quickly give up this bad habit, as he did last year after a week or so.
Meanwhile, we’ve got our eye on that rascal.
Given these shenanigans, I shouldn’t have to tell you that he is doing wonderfully.
It’s hard to believe that he was paralyzed and not expected to survive.
But, then, cats are never good at doing what they’re told 🙂
