Happy New Year, Bootsies’ Cutsies!

This month, I will be your guest correspondent on behalf of Mr. Boots. We’re not strangers, though, as you may recall that I stepped in to write for Boots once before this past summer.

In my June update, you may recall that there had been some uncharacteristically scandalous (yeah, I said it…) shenanigans taking place between Boots and Olive. Well, when I was asked to write for Boots again this month, I inquired how our favorite little tuxedo cat has been spending his winter days, and I was told that he’s been witnessed on more than one occasion “keeping close company” with Trey. And I mean that literally, folks: they’ve been seen napping mere inches apart!

Now, I’m sure Boots will never admit it, but I’m starting to think that our once persnickety fella is starting to warm up to the other cats just a bit. Don’t tell him I told you that, though. He’d be cross with me for ruining his street cred.

The best news of all, though, is that Boots has no medical news to report this month. He’s happy, healthy, and anxiously awaiting all this new year has to offer.
