Dear Jude Friend,
It breaks my heart to write this update to you. Our little Jude has left us, and my heart is shattered.
First, Jude started having bad diarrhea and vomited. The next day, she became very lethargic and wouldn’t eat. I took her to Tabby’s Place to see the vet team. They ran blood work, which gave us no answers, and started her on IV fluids. As the day went on, Jude became more and more lethargic, and she was clearly done fighting.
I held her, kissed her, and told her how loved she is, as she left this earth.
Jude was with me for 7 years, and not a day went by that I didn’t tell her how loved she is, how important she is, and how much I loved having her in my life.
My heart is torn in two, and I can’t stop crying and missing my girl. I don’t know how to be without her.
Even though I have to feel this pain, I have no regrets. I am so grateful Jude was mine, and I am so lucky I spent 7 wonderful years with her. I wouldn’t change our time together for anything. She will live on in my heart forever.
I could never thank you enough for your support of our Jude. Because of you, she was able to live a wonderful life, with all of her needs met.
Rest in peace, my Jude. You took a huge part of my heart with you.
I am including some of my favorite pictures of Jude. Our little Zug, our love.
Thank you for loving her with me.
Karina
Note: Since our precious Jude has passed away, we have transferred your sponsorship to another cat in need: Berry. We’ve selected this sweet baby for you because, like Jude, he is a kitten with advanced needs. Berry was born with spina bifida and a hind limb deformity leaving him incontinent. Here at Tabby’s Place, he’s the center of our universe!

You can read about Berry here, and look forward to receiving your first update on him later this month.
If you prefer, you can select a different Advanced Needs cat to sponsor. Click here to meet all our Advanced Needs cats, and contact us by email if you’d like to transfer your sponsorship. Otherwise, you will receive updates on Berry each month going forward. As always, your generous support will go where it’s most needed.
Thank you for your love and beautiful generosity to Jude. The Tabby’s Place cats are deeply blessed to have you in their lives.
