Calling Slim a grey tabby really isn’t fair; it doesn’t accurately portray the way he looks. He certainly has tabby in his lineage, as his legs are striped (it’s more silver tabby than grey tabby, though). His tail is striped, but faintly, and the rest of his coat is more grey than anything else. Like the old “Heinz 57” slogan, Slim probably has many breeds in his make-up!

At about 11 years of age, Slim is friendly towards people. If it’s quiet when you walk into his suite, he’ll come up to you and rub endlessly against your legs. However, he is not delighted by the presence of so many other cats, and any cat who tries to get too close to him will likely get a swat! We suspect he’d be fine around one or two other cats, though.
