Sage

Imagine a very confident, very outgoing cat. She’s fine around other felines, but she seems to like people of all kinds much more. She has medium-length fur in a lovely combination of brown (including some tabby stripes) and white (the white is on her face, chest, tummy, and all four paws). She was probably born sometime around November of 2010, so she’s a young animal. This is our Sage. She looks very good-sized, but we know that much of that is fur.

If you’re wondering why she hasn’t already been adopted, it’s due to her medical issue. She has dermatitis along the top of her back. We had been giving her a topical medication for this and it had disappeared, but when we stopped the medication, the dermatitis came back, so as of this writing (5/16), Sage is back on the topical.

Unlike many of our Special Needs felines, Sage has a chance of being able to live without special care in the future. But even if that doesn’t happen, this beautiful, affectionate cat deserves to be adopted into a home where she’ll get all the attention she wants. Can you help?
