Rickman is a very big boy. In fact, he’s way too big; he clocks in at almost twenty pounds! Much to his annoyance, we have him on a diet, and he’ll likely need to remain on a diet for some time to come. Otherwise, he has no health issues of which we are aware.

In addition to having a very large tummy, Rickman seems to have an equally large soft spot for humans. We see a lot of cats freak out or tense up during the intake exam they all receive; it can be a real rodeo with a big cat. But Rickman just purred and "made muffins" with his front paws during the whole thing. He’s a mellow, gentle giant.
