Ray

Ray was probably born early in August of 2012. At this writing (1/19/13), he’s less than six months old, but he’s already been through a great deal. He lacks one eye, and he can’t see all that well with his remaining eye. Because of this, he tends to be timid, although once you pet him, you discover that he’s really a sweetheart.

Ray is mostly black, with white on his chin, chest, and paws. We don’t expect him to be especially large as an adult, though he probably will grow somewhat. Because his sight is limited, he MUST live INDOORS ONLY!!! As he is shy, we expect he’d do best in an environment without dogs or young children (he isn’t aggressive at all, but both dogs and young kids would probably scare him excessively).

We know Ray isn’t suitable for every household, but he’s a great example of what we do at Tabby’s Place: we seek loving homes for harder-to-adopt cats. We believe Ray will blossom into a loving companion in the right environment. Is there room in your heart for our sweet, special little guy?
