Pollen
A beautiful solid darker gray coat distinguishes Pollen, who’s a medium-sized female. We estimate she was born sometime in 2004. She has no teeth, but is otherwise a healthy girl.
Pollen is Momcat to our kitten Blossom. She was a very devoted Mother, but as she wasn’t producing milk, we had to bottle-feed her little ones. Pollen came to us from a feral colony. Typically, cats from feral colonies get along with other felines. This is true of Pollen as she seems to have a good relationship with the other cats in her suite.
As is also typical of cats from feral colonies, Pollen was very frightened of people when she came to us. She’s made surprisingly good progress so far. She comes out readily for cat treats and even allows one or two of the staff to pet her. This encourages us greatly, but for the present we strongly recommend she go to a home without small children.
