Pecan was adopted from Tabby’s Place in 2010, when she was a tiny kitten. She was recently returned for no fault of her own.

This young lady was seriously overfed in her home. She is simply too heavy now. We have her on a diet and she will need to continue on one for the foreseeable future to get her weight under control. She’s a beautiful girl, with buff-colored fur, and a nice cat. She has been timid with us since she was returned (and no wonder; she went from being an "only" cat to living in a suite full of felines!), but at this writing (7/8/14) she has made visible, significant progress and has become much friendlier with people.

Pecan needs someone to love her (and make sure her diet stays on track). Won’t you take a chance on this pretty girl?
