Nook is a light brown tabby with a white chin. We estimate that she was born about May 25th (2014).

Nook and her sister have been in a foster home for some weeks. Their foster Mom reports that they are affectionate, but not lap cats. Both love to climb and like vertical scratching posts. Nook likes to be picked up and can be quite vocal. Nook loves "noisy" toys, such as crinkle balls, balls with bells inside, etc.).

Nook and Kindle do not need to be adopted together, though we’d like any adopter to at least consider this. Note that it would be nice if the girls had someone their own age to play with in a home (it helps to get rid of all that kitten energy). These two cuties have everything they need except a forever home, but we’re confident that they’ll soon find that.
