Neva

My goodness, what a little charmer! Neva is a dark tortoiseshell, with a distinctive patch of orange on her left front foot and buff patches on her chest and over her right eye. At this writing (5/28/13), she’s just about five weeks old; she was found without a Momcat or siblings when she was just a week or so old. As you might guess, she’s extremely active and is at the stage where everything is a toy (and don’t forget; humans make great cat furniture!). Because Neva was raised mostly by one of our devoted staff, she’s very good with people, and she doesn’t have much problem with being held—except for her desire to investigate everything instantly. She’s healthy as far as we can determine. You’ll notice that Neva has not been spayed yet, but that’s because she’s too small. Once she’s grown a bit, we’ll attend to that.

This cute-as-a-button little one is currently sharing quarters with Keely, another of our kittens. While the two do not need to be adopted together, they get along nicely, and it would be nice for Neva to have another cat around her age to play with.
