Babies having babies. It’s never a good idea, whether the Moms are human or feline. Nadine was caught as part of our trap-neuter-release (TNR) program, but it became evident immediately that releasing her was not an option. We think she was only about nine months old when she was caught, but she was very pregnant. Even more concerning? She had no milk in her mammary glands. So she was put into a foster home temporarily until she gave birth and recovered (her three kittens, all healthy and beautiful and raised with a lot of human help, are already spoken for).
Nadine is very petite; she almost looks like a kitten, though she’s full grown now. She’s a pretty little dilute tortoiseshell, with patches of pale orange on her face, just under her nose, and on her chest. She has no health issues of which we are aware.
Although Nadine is a little timid around people initially, once you start petting her, she remembers how much she enjoys it. We believe she’d be a great fit for a wide variety of households. Young, healthy, beautiful, and sweet; what are you waiting for? Come in to meet Nadine before someone else beats you to it!
