Luke seems to have some exotic ancestry in him, but of course we can’t be certain of that. He’s got gorgeous, solidly-grey fur of medium length, and a spectacular plume of a tail. Luke is a young male, around two years old, we estimate. As is typical with young cats, he loves his toys and is quite the playful guy.

We believe Luke has some issues with being petted near his tail. He’s generally friendly but can turn and nip, especially if you touch his back half. Because of this, he must not go to a home with young children. He seems to do well around other cats, however, as long as they don’t pester him unduly.

It’s possible, too, that Luke is just unnerved by everything that’s happened to him recently. He came to us from a shelter, but we can’t trace his life prior to that. He needs a home where he can be properly admired and lounge on a sunny windowsill, but his adopter will require a little patience, as well.
