There is a mystery surrounding Kitty. She was adopted from Tabby’s Place in 2007 to a family in New Jersey. It’s 4/29/15 as I write this; several weeks ago, we received a call from a shelter that had received Kitty as a stray, but the shelter is in Georgia! We attempted to contact the adopters and their references, but all of the information we had was out of date. What on earth happened here? It’s doubtful that we’ll ever find out.

Kitty is a large, all-black female with a lovely, outgoing personality—something of a wonder, considering all she’s been through. She was born in early September of 1998. For a senior, she’s in very good shape—also rather surprising, considering that she was living on her own for goodness knows how long.

This girl deserves a lot of TLC, and we’re hoping to find an adopter who can give her just that. Can you provide a happy ending to Kitty’s story?
