It cannot be denied that most cats are fond of canned food (at Tabby’s Place, we have ample evidence of that!). Once in a great while, though, we run across a feline who simply doesn’t like it. Our Kate seems to be such a cat. So far, at least, she won’t touch wet food, though she eats dry food readily.

Kate is good-sized for a female. She’s a cute grey-and-white girl, with white on all four paws, her chest, and her face, and she has the funniest little black nose-tip going. She’s friendly, lively, and quite inquisitive; if you enter her suite, she must come over immediately to sniff you and find out if you’re going to give her attention. We think she was born sometime in the summer of 2008.

We regard Kate as highly adoptable, but we know she’s likely to be overlooked for a while because she’s “only” a grey and white. We hope that won’t happen, however. If you’re in the market for a good-natured companion animal, come in to meet our Kate.
