Jasper has made quite a turnaround. When he first came to us, he was so scared we couldn’t even look at him without him turning away, and he spent his time as far from humans as possible. In just a few weeks, however, everything changed. Jasper decided that he liked people. He’s still on the less-boisterous side, but he actively seeks affection from whoever enters his suite. He enjoys a good scratch on either side of the neck and loves to cuddle up right next to you, purring loudly. We’re delighted to see this side of him!

Jasper is FIV+ and has chronic feline lower urinary tract disease; he’ll require a special diet or medication for the latter. We know it will be more difficult to find a home for him.
