If you’ve ever thought that you wouldn’t consider adopting a senior feline, we urge you to come in to meet Galadriel. Our sanctuary manager describes her as "affectionate and charming", and we find that entirely accurate. Galadriel is a beautiful torbie. She has white on her muzzle and chin, and an unusual, wide, orange "band" over her back and sides. The rest of her coat is the typical torbie color mix. She was most likely born in mid-2006.

Galadriel is borderline hyperthyroid. She is not on medication for that at this writing (7/27/16), but it’s possible she’ll need medication for it in the future. For now, this gentle girl lives in one of our smaller rooms, where she bothers no one and waits for human visitors.

We’re hoping that someone will be able to see Galadriel through our eyes, realize how special she is, and give her a loving "forever" home. Could that be you?
