Frank

For a young cat (we believe he was born in April of 2015), Frank has a lengthy history. He was first seen around the Coney Island boardwalk; most likely, he was born to a feral Mom, as he was first observed when just a kitten. There’s a group in that area doing trap-neuter-return, and they saw quickly that something was wrong with Frank. In fact, he had a prolapsed rectum. That sounds serious, and it is; this little guy would not have survived if there had been no human intervention.

Remarkably, corrective surgery exists for this condition. Frank had the surgery and did very well, and we don’t expect that this will be an ongoing issue.

Frank is a delightful boy. He’s energetic and loves to play. He can be quite a talker. He has beautiful orange tabby markings over his head and on his back, with a classic orange tabby tail; the rest of his coat is white. His eyes are pale green, and he’s medium-to-large in size. He’s a little timid when you first meet him, but it’s easy to see that he wants to be friends; he just needs to get to know you a bit first.

This delightful boy deserves an equally delightful home. Come in to see our Frank; we know he’ll charm you.
