Flounder’s littermates, Guppy and Minnow, as well as his Mom Beta, are also at Tabby’s Place. However, he’s the only medium-haired cat in the lot (the others are shorthairs), and the only black-and-white. He has a black tail, a black back, and black on his head, in addition to black-and-white ear tufts. We think he’s going to be a good-sized boy when he’s grown, but as we believe he was born in early-to mid-April of 2010, that’s just a guess.

Flounder is a sweet boy and very tolerate of being hugged and snuggled, which you can’t help yourself from doing because he’s so adorable. He likes other cats, especially his siblings, although this affection will occasionally manifest itself in odd ways. I’ve seen him “announce” to sister Minnow that he’s ready for a nap via the simple expedient of lying down on top of her!

All in all, Flounder is a wonderful cat, so come in to meet him today. With his good looks and sweet disposition he won’t be here for long.
