Cora

Cora is a beautiful dark tortoiseshell of medium size, with distinctive orange patches on her front and hind right paws and on the right side of her nose. She was born in early April of 2012. She and Harold, also at Tabby’s Place, were adopted together in the spring of 2012; unfortunately, both were returned, as the couple who adopted them were splitting up.

Both Cora and Harold are sweet, loving cats, and both are healthy as far as we can determine. We know they lived with a small child in their previous home, so they should be OK around small children as long as the children are not abusive. While Cora and Harold do not have to be adopted together, we’d like any potential adopter to consider taking both of them, as they’re clearly used to and comfortable with each other.

Cora and Harold are young cats, full of life. We know they’d do well in a wide variety of homes, and we’re just waiting for the right adopter(s) to come through the door. If this describes you, do come in to meet these wonderful felines!

Update, 4/7/13: Cora and Harold are spending the remainder of their Quarantine time together. initially, they were separated, but Harold seems reassured by Cora’s presence. She’s a happy little girl and loves to roll on her back and rub on your hand. I think Harold is more willing to play when she’s around, too.
